Operational Manual and Position Paper

The Operational Manual outlines and explains both the content and operational requirements of the newly developed OER. It highlights the operational lessons learned from the perspective of what worked and could have been improved on the basis of the execution and deployment of the DEAL training in IO3. This will occur under the following headings:

• Organisation of the training
• Communication with target users/group
• Online Delivery
• Learner Feedback
• Learner Guide effectiveness
• OER navigability
• Synergy between these two
• Recommendations

The Position Paper will provide insights for evidence-based policymaking in the fields of AE, Digital Competences for Adults in need of Upskilling, Social Inclusion and Entrepreneurship.

IO4 is the policy guideline that informs policymakers and stakeholders on the dynamics of the interface between Adults in need of Upskilling and Digital Entrepreneurship. The outcomes will result in a translation of the experience and results of the project into an informed input in order to guide policy and practice.
